Activate a SIM card
Activating a SIM card requires an account. You can use an existing account or create a new account if you don't already have one.
New users - activate SIM card
- To create an account, go to the My Data Sims portal.
- On the login screen, click create your account.
You'll be prompted to verify your email address after creating a new account. Clicking the Confirm email from the welcome email will link you to the additional information form. Complete all available entries and when prompted add the SIM number.
Upon clicking Register, your account will be created and you'll be redirected to the dashboard where you can view all SIM cards and plans.
Existing users - activate SIM card
If you are already registered on the portal, you can easily log in and add the SIM card to your inventory.
- To start, go to the My Data Sims portal.
- Log in with your email address and password.
- Click prepaid SIMs and press the plus button (for postpaid plan, click the postpaid option). Once you have entered the ID and clicked Save, the SIM will be available.
